When does a parent only have visitation rights in Brooklyn?

It is possible to do so, but the court needs to grant access through visitation, especially if the biological or acting parents are not willing to voluntarily grant visitation. It is important to keep in mind that parties other than the parents do not necessarily need to have any kind of visitation or custody rights, and there is no guarantee that they will be granted.
